How long has QuestChat been around for?

QuestChat was established in 1988 and has offered a secure, private and fun way to meet other local singles ever since. In 2014, we launched our new mobile dating app, giving local singles yet another way to connect with those around them in a safe and fun environment.

What is “phone dating”?

How old do I have to be to use QuestChat?

QuestChat is only available to those 18 years of age and older. If you believe a QuestChat user may be underage, please submit a report immediately to our Customer Service Center.

Is QuestChat safe?

QuestChat keeps your contact information completely confidential, so you can chat with local singles and have fun without having to worry. There are a number of processes in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all our callers and app users, but we always encourage you to report suspicious activity or a conversation that’s made you feel uncomfortable so we can continue to improve. If you should choose to meet someone in-person after having connected on QuestChat, please understand that we are in no way liable. We encourage all QuestChat users to practice caution when exchanging any personal information or agreeing to meet in-person. Where is QuestChat based?

Our office is in Etobicoke, just outside Toronto. We do our best to provide all our callers with local phone numbers or toll-free numbers to use, however, so you don’t have to worry about long distance charges.

Is QuestChat a free phone chat line?

QuestChat is a free and paid service. We offer all first time callers a free trial, among other perks such as 50% off your first package when you use a credit card. Ladies always chat for free, but we also run a Free Male Chat line where the men always chat for free. We work hard to maintain highly competitive and fair pricing at QuestChat and encourage you to speak with a Customer Service Rep to learn more about our minutes packages.

Is the QuestChat app free?
