If you want to listen to someone’s voice greeting, tap the ‘speaker button’ on the right side of the user’s profile.

If you want to have a one-on-one conversation with someone, simply click the ‘live connection’ button located on the right side of the users profile. When you tap this button it will send a request to the user asking them if they want to join in on a ‘Live Connection’.
